Following government and AOR guidelines, I am returning to work with clients in their own homes, but will be strictly adhering to the following advice –
– Clients and practitioners to wear face coverings throughout the appointment
– Practitioner to supply hand sanitiser gel to clients and have this available throughout the appointment
– Practitioner to ensure all equipment and items are disinfected between each client
– Practitioner to ensure different towels are used for each client
– Practitioner and client are to maintain social distancing at all times, unless brief close contact is required to move equipment
– Clients must fill out a COVID-19 risk assessment on the telephone, the day before their appointment, or the appointment cannot go ahead
– Clients must inform practitioners if they become ill on the day of the appointment and must cancel their appointment. They will not be charged for late cancellation if illness is the reason. Likewise, practitioners will ensure they do not work if they develop symptoms and will inform clients they have treated within the last 72 hours, if any of their other recent clients have reported symptoms
– Payment must be made prior to the start of the appointment either by bank transfer or PayPal. Cash will not be accepted
